Story of Tour de France chapt 5 & 6

This summer HISTOIRES FRANCAISES presents a Tour de France of some of the artisans we work with, and especially of their regions, by sharing their insider secrets at last!

Here are destinations 5 and 6, if you missed them on our social networks!

Stage 5: PROVENCE ALPES COTES D'AZUR, to Marseille: our partner MONOCHROMIC and its cicadas whose song lulls us!

Its secrets: a walk in the creeks is essential with a special mention for the one of Sugiton and its crystal clear waters! Then the tasting of a grilled fish at Paul au Goudes in the middle of the boats. And finish the day with an aperitif between friends on the rocks of Malmousque with a bewitching sunset!

Stage 6 : AUVERGNE RHONE ALPES and Anneyron in the Drôme : our partner JARS CERAMISTES whose craftsmen, a bit like magicians, give life to a real rainbow of colours of great subtlety and timelessness... Handmade stoneware since 1857 !

Its secrets : The visit of the Facteur Cheval's palace in Hauterives. The surrealist dream of a man inspired by nature and the first postcards; the work of a lifetime, 33 years of labor! And of course the tasting of the famous ravioles! Like ravioli, but filled with comté or emmental cheese, white cheese and parsley. The specialty of Romans sur-Isère not to be missed!
