The Massalia bracelet is an essential in the Jour de Mistral collection. This bracelet is freely inspired by the jewelry-making tradition of Marseilles. In the past, it was customary for young girls to receive gold pearls for each milestone in their lives, which were then mounted on a bracelet or necklace when they came of age, making it the jewelry of a lifetime. And Massilia is the Greek name for the city of Marseille.
Today, Mélanie, the designer, offers a very contemporary version. The revisited bracelet consists of a gold-plated chain on which gold-plated pearls are mounted.
The Massalia Or bracelet can be complemented with a necklace and hoop earrings.
Of course, you can wear it on its own, or as an accumulation.
Its chain offers different length adjustment options (from XXcm to XXcm). It's made of brass, guaranteed nickel-free to avoid allergies, and gilded with 24k gold.
