The Iconique woven basket without base is a Maison Pichon classic, as its name suggests! The delicacy of its workmanship testifies to the skill of the craftsmen who fashioned it: from the porcelain braiding to the affixing of the little flowers. It takes no less than 6 weeks to make. The porcelain weaving is always done by hand, according to the rules of the art, and is the signature of Maison Pichon. Its 23x12cm size means it can be used anywhere, on its own or as part of a composition.

Maison Pichon has been making ceramics in Uzès since 1802. For over 220 years, men and women have been passionately handcrafting the finest tableware bowls and baskets. Their unique porcelain-weaving skills, which they invented, are still unrivalled today. Added to this is a particular mastery of color for a truly modern look. Maison Pichon has been awarded the Entreprise du Patrimoine Vivant (EPV) label.
Each product is entirely hand-crafted, making it unique.
As for care, while this beautiful cut resists machine washing, it doesn't take kindly to limescale, which invades its pores over time. Hand washing, ideally with baking soda, is the perfect way to ensure its longevity.
