From this desire, Carré de Trèfle was born in 1998 after a harsh winter in the heart of Burgundy. For more than 20 years, Carré de Trèfles has been the only producer and harvester in France of the real four-leaf clover, Trifolium repens, from which it obtained the secret after a research and development project carried out by INRA.
