LA ROCHERE
The oldest glass factory in France.
Founded in 1475, La Rochère offers glass collections for tableware and decoration.
Based in Passavant-la-Rochère, in Haute-Saône, it develops mouth-blown and mechanical glass collections that have enabled it to adapt to different markets while preserving its ancestral know-how.
La Rochère is therefore present in the world of tableware, restoration and decoration, from the re-publishing of 18th century collections to the creations of young designers.
This age-old know-how has raised La Rochère to the highly prized rank of French Living Heritage Companies (EPV). A mark of recognition from the French State set up to promote French companies with excellent craftsmanship.
In order to deepen its commitment, La Rochère joined the association Progrès Environnement Entreprises (P2E) in 2006. This local association of companies allows each member to benefit from advice and strategy in terms of industrial environment, thanks to the intervention of an environmental engineer.
