From the Petite Coutellerie range, the pizza knife has been designed with a teething blade specially studied to cut pizzas with the dexterity of a pizzaiolo.

Its blade is made of tempered stainless steel X46Cr13 and its handle is made of polypropylene. It is dishwasher safe.

Verdier manufacture exists since 1859. It is a Living Heritage Company, a member of the Ateliers d'Art de France and has been awarded the label "Artisan de Qualité" by the Collège Culinaire de France.

Made in Auvergne - 100% French and environmentally responsible.
